What are ‘Referral Links/Codes’ when it comes to trading platforms?
A referral link or code is a special ID assigned to every person who is willing to participate in a refer-a-friend program. Most trading platforms offer a referral program. When you use one of these links, you will receive a bonus that you would normally not receive if you sign-up directly.
Is the sign-up process any different when using a Referral?
No. The sign-up process will be exactly the same for the platforms we have listed.
Do they come with conditions?
Some do. And that will be clearly specified in the ‘Current Bonus’ column. Most platforms will also remind you of any conditions during the sign-up process. For example, some bonuses may not be paid out until you load your account with a specific amount.
Is a referral link the same as a referral code?
Not necessarily. In most cases, you only need to click on the referral link and sign-up. With most platforms you can use one or the other, the link is just easier to use. If you are curious, the code itself is part of the referral link (the referral code is the unique identifier within each referral link).
